1. Inspection upon receipt:
The customer is allowed to inspect the order while the representative is present. The customer has full freedom to refuse to receive the order if it is not suitable, bearing the shipping costs in all cases.
2. No splitting the order:
It is not possible to split the order with the representative; the order must be received in its entirety or rejected entirely during the inspection.
3. No returns after the representative leaves:
After the representative leaves, the order is not allowed to be returned for any reason.
4. Exchange:
Products may be exchanged within 48 hours of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and unused.
The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of an exchange.
